After participating in our 2013 SXSW Showcase, Trae Tha Truth is keeping busy. His latest track, "Screwed Up" is making waves and now he's dropped a trailer for the video, which features Atlanta-based Future. It's a pretty short video, but from what we can tell it's a brightly-colored party theme to go with the bouncy, addictive track. Check out the trailer here, and let us know what you think of it.
50 Cent's newest song "We Up ft. Kendrick Lamar" is pretty good, and having hot ticket item Kendrick on the track really gives it an edge. The video is classic 50-- showcasing the lavish lifestyle of hip-hop royalty. Kendrick and 50 lounge around a luxurious mansion surrounded by ladies and stunning California vistas, all set to the smooth, catchy track. It's no departure from what we've seen from 50 Cent before, but the addition of Kendrick and his fresh rhymes takes the video to the next level. Young emcee Dizzy Wright, one of our SXSW performers, recently teamed up with fellow freshman Joey Bada$$ for the smooth-meet-jazzy "Maintain," showcasing his quick skills and lyrics that fall on the deeper end. Give the addictive track a listen below, and keep an eye on Dizzy as he continues to build his cred-- and be sure to check him out in our showcase in Austin.
